CoM4 – Measurement Systems and Calibration Units
The versatile CoM4 flow meter automates the dynamic and precise measurement of volume and mass flows of air and gases. Combined with an electronic pressure or flow regulation, it ranks among the most precise devices on the market and enables extremely fast and fully automatic testing and measurement processes.
The CoM4 is available in various versions and housings, from a 19″ rack-mount in IP20, as well as splash-proof in IP54 to a customized housing according to the requirements. Thanks to its modular design, high-precision sensors, and flexibly configurable evaluation software, it seamlessly adapts to a wide range of testing and measurement requirements. The associated flow measurement technology can be composed of a wide variety of standards and can be set up either within the rack or externally on mounting plates. With up to 100 storable test and function sequences, there are only a few limits to the application variants of the systems.

Flow measurement system with laminar flow elements.
The CoM4.FLOW flow system enables high-precision and dynamic measurement of mass and volume flows in air and gases. In this configuration, a measuring section with one or more Laminar Flow Elements (LFEs) is used. For flow rates < 20 L/min, these LFEs can also be installed within the insertion and allow for a simple and quick setup of the system for laboratory measurements. All used sensors are delivered calibrated and can also be DAkkS certified upon request. Operation and result display are generally done via a 4-inch touch display or supplied browser software. Results are determined at up to 100 Hz and can be stored long-term on the control unit.
• Very fast and precise flow calculation
• Measurement with different primary elements possible
• Material data calculation for air and pure gases
• Controller as measuring and control system

CoM4.FlowControl
Flow Measurement and Control Device with Laminar Flow Elements and Electronic Pressure Control
The CoM4.FlowControl flow system enables not only the high-precision measurement of mass and volume flows of air and gases, but also the regulation of dynamic flow requirements. In this configuration, as in its sister system CoM4.Flow, a measuring section with one or more Laminar Flow Elements (LFEs) is used.

Flow Measurement System with Critical Nozzle Gallery
The CoM4.Gallery flow system has been developed to generate very precise gas volume flows. The nozzles used are graded in binary steps within the desired flow range and combined into groups of up to 8 nozzles. This allows for optimal flow cross-sections for each individual nozzle, ensuring a consistently critical operation of the nozzle. For smaller measurement ranges, the gallery can also be set up within the insertion.
All used sensors are delivered calibrated and can also be DAkkS certified upon request. Operation and result display are generally done via a 4-inch touch display or supplied browser software. Results are determined at up to 100 Hz and can be stored long-term on the control unit. A CoM4.Gallery flow system is the central heart of every calibration laboratory, focusing on the highest precision and the smallest possible traceable measurement uncertainty.
• Allows for setting mass and volume flows
• Combination of binary-graded nozzles creates an almost seamless measuring range up to 28 with 8 nozzles
• Material data calculation for air or specific pure gases
• Controller as measuring and control system
