CoM4 – Measurement systems and Calibration Units
CoM4 systems are excellent for measuring leakage and tightness. Thanks to a completely overhauled technical design and a new touch display, the devices are characterized by ease of use and versatile applications.
The CoM4 tightness measuring device is available as a standard device in a 3U plug-in housing with an app-based touch interface on a 4″ display. The stainless steel tightness test block is built modular and allows seamless adaptation to various testing and measurement requirements thanks to high-precision sensors and flexibly configurable measurement apps. The same technology can also be built externally on mounting plates and integrated into existing production and testing systems optimized for the respective measurement task.

The CoM4.Leak is the latest generation of our proven Leakage Measurement System (LMS). We have overhauled and improved everything mechanically and electrically to provide you with an even more user-friendly operation. Thanks to the new One-Button Mode, handling is a breeze – just one push of a button is enough to carry out precise and reliable measurements.
Another highlight is the newly developed user interface in the form of a 4″ touch display. This modern interface allows the selection and use of various test programs that are available in the form of apps. This adjustment makes individual configuration easier and offers you maximum flexibility in your measurements.

Leak testing without adaptation – precise, automated, fully enclosed
The TetraTec Closed‑Box Leak Test System unlocks new possibilities wherever test objects cannot be adapted, connected, or opened. Inside the robust drawer‑based test chamber, components can be loaded, tested, and removed fully automatically – fast, repeatable, and process‑safe.
With a sensitivity down to 0.1 ml/min, the system detects even the smallest internal leaks. Operation is handled via a preconfigured HMI on the external touch display, controlled by a Beckhoff® PLC that integrates seamlessly into customer automation environments.
The result: maximum flexibility, high‑precision leak detection, and a fully automated test workflow ready for modern production lines.
