TetraTec Instruments Calibration Laboratory
In our accredited calibration laboratory in Steinenbronn, close to Stuttgart Airport, we offer DAkkS- and factory calibrations for a wide range of physical quantities. As a member of various technical committees of the German Calibration Service (DKD), we are in constant technical dialogue with the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, the german national institute of metrology.
For the most part, we use state-of-the-art measuring systems developed in-house for calibration. We have several different test and calibration procedures at our disposal, which are continuously validated by internal and external comparative measurements. Depending on the requirements of the calibration process our calibration engineers determine the best ratio of calibration effort to the lowest required measurement uncertainty. This ensures that the required needs are always met without burdening you, the customer, with increased costs.
DAkkS Calibration
Our experienced specialists use state-of-the-art techniques and methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of your gas measuring devices. They use accredited test procedures accepted by the DAkkS, whose results are also officially accepted internationally. Constant interlaboratory comparisons with other laboratories and extensive audits ensure the highest possible reliability of our measurement results. Factory Calibration
Performing a factory calibration allows us to check the accuracy and performance of your devices to ensure that they meet the manufacturer’s specifications. This ensures optimum utilization and reliability of your gas detection equipment and helps to improve the safety and efficiency of your operations. On-site calibration – our mobile service
Save time and minimize downtimes: We offer calibration of your stationary measuring systems directly at your premises. Our mobile team carries out the traceability of your measured variables in the usual TetraTec Instruments quality – ideal for the efficient maintenance of your systems.
