Thermal Massflow Meters:

The thermal massflow meter are typically built in a very compact housing. Passing a flow divider a defined part of the flowing media is conducted to the massflow sensor. There the flowing media is heated up and the temperature difference between in- and outlet is measured. By knowing the bypass divider relation the total massflow can be determined.

GCx Battery Powered Massflow Meter

Beside of many application possibilities this compact series GC mainly target the classical applications of Rotameters. Additionally to the advantages of the battery supply and of an integrated manual control valve these devices have a precise and clear to read LCD display, pressure independancy and intelligent control functions. So they are the modern solution for simple flow mesurement tasks. The devices are suiteable for line pressures up to 10 bar and measurement ranges from 20 Nml/min up to 200 Nl/min are available.

GSx Massflow Meter and Controller

These thermal massflow meter and controller of the Smart Series GS are especially designed for fast measurement and control tasks in testbenches as well as for specific OEM-applications. They show a variety of properties which can be optimized on a simple basis for customer needs. The devices are suiteable for line pressures up to 10 bar and measurement ranges from 25 Nml/min up to 400 Nl/min are available.

PCU-1000 display and control unit
for GSx mass flow meter and controller

The display and control unit PCU-1000 completes the thermal mass flow meter and controller of the smart series GSx. The device allows the visualization of the measurement values of the mass flow meters and set point settings of of the controllers and extends the devices by many functions. So it offers the visualisation of up to 10 uints and can store up to 12 gas mixture recepies. The electronics of the unit works with an accuracy of 0,1%F.S.
